What should I do when I receive a logger in Low power mode?

When you receive a device that displays the Low power mode message, do the following:

  1. Plug device into a Controlant charging station to charge.


    If no Controlant charging station is available, plug into any USB port that supplies power.

  2. Charge until battery level reaches 15%.

    The device resumes normal operation.

  3. To stop the shipment, press the Stop button on the device for 5-8 seconds.

    The device connects to the Controlant Cloud to sync.

    A sync can take from 30 seconds up to 6 minutes, depending on the connection and the amount of data.

    After a successful cloud connection, and when all stop conditions have been met, the display shows "Stopped" and a cloud icon with a checkmark.
