How do I stop a logger in Low Power Mode or Hibernation Mode?

In this section:

When you receive a device that displays the Low Power Mode message, do the following:

  1. Press and hold the stop button black square in red fill circle on the device for 5–8 seconds. The button press is recorded in the device's internal memory, ensuring that the shipment delivers at the correct time when it connects to the Controlant Cloud.

The immediate response to pressing the stop button is slightly different depending on whether the logger is operating with sufficient charge, in Low Power Mode or in Hibernation Mode. For more information see Low Power Mode

  2. Charge the device until it reaches a minimum of 15% battery level.

    Warning

Charging a device to 15% will allow it to resume normal operation and upload collected data to the Cloud. To maintain battery health, we recommend fully charging a device that has entered Low Power Mode.

Once charged to 15%, the logger will wake up, resume its normal operation, and attempt to connect to the Controlant Cloud. If successful, it will mark the shipment as delivered in the SCM system at the time the stop button was pressed.

After a successful connection, and when all stop conditions have been met, the display shows "Stopped" and a cloud icon with a checkmark SL_icon_successful_cloud_connection.
