Free version

This describes the free version of the dashboard. For more information about the premium version, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

The free version of Exceptions page shows a deeper dive into the different Right First Time exceptions and where they occur, for the top five ranked lanes, by:

lane (origin - destination)
temperature range
transportation mode
business unit

Key performance indicators for selected shipments.

Item	Description
Shipments	Number of shipments closed in the selected period. The default period is 1 January 2023 – present.
Non-RFT	Number of shipments that are Non-RFT in the selected period.
% RFT	Ratio of RFT shipments out of the total number of shipments closed in the selected period.

Filters

Not all customers have the same filters. You may not see all of the following filters.

You can use the filter to select shipment data to include in the dashboard using the following criteria:

For each filter, the list that appears will only include items that are present in the selected shipments.

Item	Description
Date closed	Date range for the date shipment was closed, in `DD-MM-YYYY` format. Type a date, or click to select a date from a calendar. Start of date range for date shipment closed. End of date range for date shipment closed.
Date delivered	Date range for the date shipment was delivered, in `DD-MM-YYYY` format. Type a date, or click to select a date from a calendar. Start of date range for date shipment delivered. End of date range for date shipment delivered.
Date shipped	Date range for the date shipment was shipped, in `DD-MM-YYYY` format. Type a date, or click to select a date from a calendar. Start of date range for date shipment shipped. End of date range for date shipment shipped.
Exception	Exception that occurred during shipment. Click to select, or press CTRL and click to select more than one of the following:: Delivered for 150 days or more - Shipment has been in `Delivered` status for more than 150 days without being closed. Potential false alert at origin - A logger registered a temperature excursion but the logger location data indicates that the shipment was still at the origin site when the temperature excursion occurred. Potential false alert at destination - A logger registered a temperature excursion but the logger location data indicates that this happened after the logger arrived at the destination site. Potentially misdelivered - A logger in the shipment might have been delivered outside geofence. Shipment recreated - Shipment was created in SCM after the shipment started shipping. Start button not pressed - A start button press is required on at least one logger according to the open type of the shipment but no start button has been pressed. Stop button not pressed - A stop button press is required on all loggers according to the closure type of the shipment but not all loggers have a stop button event. Temperature alarm - A logger registered a temperature outside of the temperature boundaries of the shipment. USB Upload - Manual USB data upload was performed before closing the shipment. Missing data - The shipment has missing data according to the shipment analysis. Other - The shipment is non-RFT, but the reason is not covered by any of the defined exceptions above.

Item	Description
Lane	Lane of shipment. Origin-destination of shipment.
Most common exception	Most common exception for this lane. One of the following: Delivered for 150 days or more - Shipment has been in `Delivered` status for more than 150 days without being closed. Potential false alert at origin - A logger registered a temperature excursion but the logger location data indicates that the shipment was still at the origin site when the temperature excursion occurred. % RFT	Ratio of shipments considered RFT for this lane.
Cases	Number of cases of this exception for this lane.

Item	Description
Data model	Version number of the data model the data is retrieved from.
Report	Version number of this dashboard.
(Report name)	Name of this dashboard.
Last refreshed	Date dashboard was last updated, in `M/D/YYY HH:MM:SS tt` format. The dashboard is updated once per day, and the dashboard will contain data retrieved from devices up to this date. Note In some cases a shipment that was closed shortly before a refresh will not be included in the report until the next refresh.
