This is a scheduled quarterly minor update of the Controlant Integrations API. The focus was on extending our event subscription and API capabilities by enabling customers to subscribe to a real-time flow of telemetry data, and also sharing that data with partners. For this we are adding real-time data streaming via webhooks in the Integrations API and multi-party data sharing.
New features
Real-time data streaming
We are introducing real-time telemetry streaming from our devices, eliminating the need to poll the Integrations API. This enables immediate visibility into shipment conditions, accelerating deviation response, supporting agentic AI, and improving compliance across the supply chain.
Customers can subscribe to webhooks to receive geolocation and temperature data directly into their systems, enabling real-time decisions and the ability to build workflows, automations, and Control Tower functionality.

Multi-party data sharing
We are adding the ability for customers to grant partners real-time access to selected shipment data.
Access is configured at shipment level, managed by the customer and can be applied to specific event subscriptions.
This feature, along with Real-time data streaming will allow Controlant customers to supply their partners with real-time, read-only access to information about their shipments via webhook subscriptions.
