After a shipment is delivered, the system will automatically analyze it and send delivery reports to selected users if there are no pending data.

However, if there is any pending data after delivery, you should wait until the shipment appears in the Shipment Analysis Issues list. Once it is listed, you can manually inspect and close the shipment by following these steps. After closing it, you can request a delivery report.

The report arrives in PDF format. See an example below.
