Reports

In this section:

After a shipment is delivered, the system will automatically analyze it and send delivery reports to selected users if there are no pending data.

However, if there is any pending data after delivery, you should wait until the shipment appears in the Shipment Analysis Issues list. Once it is listed, you can manually inspect and close the shipment by following these steps. After closing it, you can request a delivery report.

The report arrives in PDF format. See an example below.

Header

Date

Date report is generated, in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format.

Id

Unique identifier of this report.

Title

Reference

Reference to unique identifier of shipment in customer's system; Shipment reference.

Shipment status and quality

Status

Status of the shipment:

  • Shipping - shipment is in Shipping status, and the report is not yet available.

  • Delivered - shipment is in Delivered status.

  • Closed - shipment is in Closed status.

  • Expired - shipment is in Expired status, and the report is no longer available.

Quality

Quality of the shipment:

  • Released/ Good - shipment quality is good, and shipment has been released.

  • Undecided/ Bad - shipment quality cannot be determined and a manual inspection is required.

  • Rejected - shipment quality has been rejected.

  • Partly released - part of shipment has been released.

  • N/A - shipment quality is unknown.

Excursion

Excursions, if any occurred during the shipment:

  • No Excursion - shipment had no excursion.

  • High - shipment had a high severity excursion.

  • Medium - shipment had a medium severity excursion.

  • Low - shipment had a low severity excursion.

Shipment duration

Sent

Date shipment was sent, in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format.

Delivered

Date shipment was delivered, in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format.

Duration

Duration of shipment, in #days #hours #minutes format.

Shipment details

Company

Company that sent the shipment.

Origin

Origin location of shipment.

Destination

Destination location of shipment.

Description

Description of shipment, if one was provided when shipment was created.

Shipment statistics

Shipment statistics

Table showing temperature statistics for the following:

  • Shipment - average of measurements from all loggers in shipment.

  • [Logger ID] - measurements from specific logger.

Minimum temperature measured during shipment.

Mean

Mean/average temperature measured during shipment.

MKT

Mean kinetic temperature during shipment - a measurement of fluctuations in temperature during the shipment.
