You can use the Clinical Storage Monitoring site view tab to view the status of a selected site.

You can view details about the site you are viewing.

Temperature excursions

List of unresolved temperature excursions for storage unit.

Note

To resolve an excursion, do the following:

  1. Click Take action.

    The Resolve excursion dialog appears.

  2. In the Comment box, type your comment about the excursion.

    Note

    Refer to local SOP, protocol or sponsor guidelines when writing the comment.

  3. Click Resolve excursion.

Storage unit status

For each storage unit at the site, status of the storage unit.

Number

Number of storage units at this site.

Period

Period you want to filter for:

  • 24 - view data for the last 24 hours.

  • 3D - view data for the last 3 days.

  • 1W - view data for the last 1 week.

  • Custom - view data for a custom period.

    To set the custom period, do the following:

    1. To set the start date of the period, in the Start date box, type a date or click Click to select a date from a calendar and select a date.

      Date format is MM/DD/YYYY.

    2. To set the end date of the period, in the End date box, type a date or click Click to select a date from a calendar and select a date.

      Date format is MM/DD/YYYY.



Measurements for storage unit

For each storage, you will find the following details:

Name

Name of the storage unit,

Type

Type of storage:

  • Fridge

  • Freezer

  • Ambient

Logger

Device ID of device monitoring the storage unit.

Temperature measurements

Graph showing temperature measurements for the storage unit.

Note

Red dots indicate an excursion was registered.

Status area

Status of storage unit at a glance:

Storage unit status - Clinical storage monitoring

Temperature

Last temperature measurement that has been uploaded to the Cloud.

Temperature profile

Temperature profile configured for this storage unit.

Mobile signal

Strength of mobile signal, in %.

Battery

Remaining battery percentage.

Last connection

Time since device last uploaded data.

You can view a log of all activities at the site.

You can filter the activities you want to see:

Click to filter results by resolved temperature excursions.

Unresolved

Click to filter results by unresolved temperature excursions.

Start date

Start date of date range you want to filter and view.

To set the start of the date range, do the following:

  • To set the start date of the period, in the Start date box, type a date or click Click to select a date from a calendar and select a date.

    Date format is DD-MM-YYYY.

End date

End date of date range you want to filter and view.

To set the end of the date range, do the following:

  • To set the end date of the period, in the End date box, type a date or click Click to select a date from a calendar and select a date.

    Date format is DD-MM-YYYY.

Actions

    Only appears for unresolved activities.



You can view a list of all team members with access for the site and storage unit.
