You can use the Clinical Storage Monitoring platform to view the status of the following:

  • trials

  • sites

  • storage units

Logging in

Note

When Controlant creates a new Clinical Storage Monitoring account, we will create a pharma sponsor user with admin access and provide a one-time password that needs to be changed after the first login.

  1. In a browser, navigate to https://scm.controlant.com/global/storage/dashboard.

  2. To log in, do one of the following:

    1. If your company is setup to use Single Sign-On, do the following:

      1. Click Sign in with SSO.

        The Sign in with Single Sign-On page appears.

      2. In the Email address box, type your email address and click Continue.

    2. If your company is not setup to use Single Sign-On, you need to log in using username and password and do the following:

      1. In the Username box, type your username.

      2. In the Password box, type your password.

      3. Click Sign in.

    3. The Clinical Storage Monitoring appears.

Request Password Reset

If you have trouble signing in, because you do not know your password, do the following:

  1. In the Login page, click Reset your password.

    The Request Password Reset page appears.

  2. In the Username box, type your username.

  3. Click Reset Password.

    An email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password.

    Note

    The link to reset your password will expire in 24 hours. After that, you need to repeat the Request Password Reset process.
