Ways to integrate with Controlant

Controlant offers three main integration types. They are classified with regards to complexity, cost and involvement each client integration type requires.

Full self-service

The customer integrates without interacting with the Controlant team.

Minimal interaction with first line support for general developer support.

Adaptive integration

Supported integration with some self-service. The customer setup requires analysis and recommendations on best practices when integrating with the Controlant systems.

Interaction with Controlant teams.

Custom integration

Integrations which require involvement of all Controlant resources to successfully complete.

The customer has a complex internal technical setup and requirements for integration and reporting.
