Why can't I see the draft shipments?

  • Verify that the draft shipment has been created in the SCM system.

  • Verify with the system administrator that you have the required user access.

Why do I get an error when I try to send a shipment to ready?

An alert is received if the logger assigned to the shipment is already assigned to another active shipment (e.g. Ready, Shipping):

  • Ensure that the logger is marked as FREE and not IN A SHIPMENT.

Why can't I find the draft shipment I am looking for?

The shipment may not have been created in the SCM system. To see if that is the case, verify that the shipment has already been created in the SCM system

  1. Click on the Hamburger

    symbol in the top left corner.

  2. Search for the shipment and check if it has already been sent to READY.

Handheld device cannot connect, or other connectivity issues

If the device has not been used in a long time, due to inactivity, the SIM card may have been purged from the network and the device will not connect. If the device is restarted, the SIM card will be able to connect to the network again.

Please request that the customer restart the handheld device and try again.

The battery is running low. Why didn't I receive a warning?

The registered user(s) do not receive a warning when the charging icon is present on the screen. The charging icon and the current battery level is indicated on the display screen if the logger was charging the last time it woke up and reported to the cloud (see highlighted in red on the images below).
