When you create a shipment, you can set up alerts with different temperature criteria. These alerts will send out notifications whenever something isn't quite right or if there might soon be an issue with the temperature of the shipment.

Please ensure that upper and lower temperature limits do not overlap. However, you may set two limits for the same temperature with different time frames.

Set this when the shipment temperature should always stay between two given limits. You can specify how much time it can spend outside this frame.

You can set a time limit (10 minutes to 800 hours and 50 minutes) for each boundary. An alert will only pop up if the temperature has been outside the set boundary for the specified time or longer.

The loggers log the temperature every 10 minutes. If it is outside your set boundaries, it's noted as a 10-minute period.

You can modify the default 10-minute adaptation phase called the Ignore period. During this period, the shipment will be labeled as "Fine," and no alarms or alerts will be issued, even if there are excursions. This period allows the loggers to adjust to the environment.

If you log a shipment after it's already been sent, the system will check the past days (maximum 7) and tell you if there were any temperature issues during that time.
